Chester, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – A familiar face is beginning his term as the new mayor in the City of Chester.
Carlos Williams winning the City’s recent municipal election with 341 total votes, defeating incumbent Mayor Wanda Stringfellow receiving 273 votes.
