The executive team behind Miracle Park an all inclusive playground and sports fields for people with various special needs signed a lease on a Rock Hill property.
This Friday afternoon organizers behind Miracle Park, along with the city of Rock Hill and Winthrop University signed in an agreement to build the park on the grounds of Winthrop Park which sits on Cherry Road by Eden Terrace and Richmond Drive. Warren Norman who is part of the executive team behind Miracle Park says the agreement will save the project a lot of money.
