A new program in Rock Hill will allow native Spanish speaking adults who never received an elementary or middle school education to go back to school. The Carolinas Immigrant Alliance, based here in Rock Hill at the Oakland Baptist Church, is partnering with the Mexican consulate to bring the program to York County.
