Lights of Love – Hospice & Community Care Light Nearly 600 Luminaries

ROCK HILL S.C. (CN2 News) – While the holidays are certainly an uplifting time, they can also be a very hard time for people who’ve lost a loved one. Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill decided to hold its drive through Lights of Love luminary event.

The idea started during Covid as a way to stay distant, but organizers agree it was such a special idea they plan to continue bringing it back year after year. 580 luminaries were lit, each representing a patient who was with hospice sometime during this past year or people could also sponsor a bag in honor of a loved one. Hospice and Community Care leaders say they pride themselves in caring for the whole family and the community.  They are the only non profit hospice in the area and have been serving the community for 35 years.
