ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 Today) Katie Conley of Rock Hill worked for the city of Rock Hill for 7 years.

After the COVID-19 Pandemic many decisions had to be made.

In the end she and her husband decided it was best for Katie to transition to a stay at home mom of her three children.

Now she’s created her own blog and started an online craft business.
