Impact Fees Approved

York County voting to raise fees for new homes in the fort mill school district. Higher Impact fees are officially moving forward – now set at just over 18 thousand dollars per home. It won’t impact existing residents, and council members say its a necessary move to pay for the rapid growth in fort mill. Cn2’s Kathryn Andreoli was there for the final vote and finds out just how quickly these fees will kick in.
