ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) School is officially underway for all Tri-County school districts, including Rock Hill. The district has both the alternating A-B model and virtual academy as learning options. This week, more than 10 thousand students are returning to classrooms. The district is making some major changes to keep students safe.
