ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 TODAY) Keystone Substance Abuse Services and York County All on Board Coalition is teaming up to hold a FREE drive thru event Wednesday, July 29th.
Leaders will be giving out free Narcan, medicine disposal bags, and York County resource information.
It is from 12 noon until 4 PM at 1600 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill.
