Total Body Super Sets
*weights / body weight/ cardio / Core
45w/15 set – repeat each Superset 2 times, rest 30 seconds move to the next SS.
#1.1/2- Burpee, 2 jumps at top
Static Bridge/ chest press , r/l together.
#2. Skaters on the lateral
Inverted frontal/ lateral 4×4
#3. Mtn. Climbers
Kneel to stand , kick alter r/l -wDB
#4. 4 biceps -curls to half burpee
R – DLDead lift
L- DL on lift – second time
#5. Walking plank- alternate sides
Power Squats- touch floor
#6. 4 reserve fly/ 4 laterals (4×4)
Plank jacks, or Taps( prone)
# 7. DB weighted Squat w outer leg lifts.
Round circle shoulder press( palms up)
# 8. core -30 seconds x2
4 flutter kicks to suit case crunch
Oblique heel touch crunch- alt touching sides.
28 minutes of total work
2 minutes of core/ abs
