First Responders Rescue Animals, Family Trapped by Flooded Roads

YORK COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) Following heavy rains and winds, first responders all over the Tri-County spent the last 24 hours conducting rescues and working through the damage. York County emergency responders rescuing a family, four horses and two goats after Charley Horse Road in York County flooded.
