Dead Dogs Found: Man turns himself in for Ill Treatment of Animals

A Rock Hill man has turned himself in on warrants for Ill Treatment of Animals.
Rock Hill Police officers say 34 year old Stanford White Junior is the owner of two dogs that were found dead due to lack of food and water.
Officers say another dog who suffered from lack of food and water is still alive and has been treated at a veterinarian’s office and is expected to make a full recover.
White’s bond has been set at $7500 for the three charges.
