CN2 Newscast – Winthrop tuition not increasing, York County Councilman donates, & Pedals Possible

ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – Good news for Winthrop University students as the school says there will not be a tuition increase.

Also, a York County Councilman is spreading out $20,000 by donating to several different organizations, including some money that’s going to the Boys and Girls Clubs of York County. We learn more on the reason behind the giving.

Plus, the Pedals Possible Program is working to introduce adaptive bikes in to schools across the Country, in an effort to make bike riding more accessible.
