ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – More than a dozen inmates at the Kershaw Correctional Institution in Lancaster County received a chance to redeem themselves…but not in the way you may think.
The City of Rock Hill is getting one step closer to taking full control of the Hutchinson property, formerly owned by the Charlotte Panthers.
City officials met with Rock Hill’s department heads earlier today, January 24, at the Sports and Event Center during their annual Retreat.
