CN2 Newscast – Fetal Heartbeat Bill, More Funding for First Responders and Winthrop’s New Athletic Director

ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – The South Carolina Attorney General announcing this week the Fetal Heartbeat Bill is now law in the Palmetto State. Meaning it is now illegal to have an abortion after the point a fetal heartbeat is detected.

This past Monday, Chester County Council took a step toward fixing the problem by increasing the budget for fire and rescue from 4% and 5%.
