Fort Mill, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – Winthrop University is among the first to change their weekend plans ahead of Hurricane Ian. The University was gearing up to welcome families to campus this Saturday, October 1st, but have now delayed that event for safety reasons.
One thing that won’t be cancelled is the Accommodations Tax. The South Carolina Department of Revenue is reminding those who provide tourists and travelers rooms for rent in the state to remember to electronically file and pay Accommodations Tax returns.
