A local organization is encouraging students to get involved in math and science.
Science On The Move – a program based out of the South Carolina Coalition For Mathematics and Science – is working with the Catawba Nuclear Plant to create and manage a nuclear science competition.
The idea is to spark students interest in the math and science fields. It’s open for middle and high school students.
