Carolina Connection – New Law To Raise Minor Age

In the video above, CN2’s Lucas McFadden sits down with York County Deputy Solicitor Ouida Dest and York County Senior Public Defender Stacey Coleman to learn more about South Carolina’s new law that will raise the juvenile age to 18-years-old. The new chance is not retroactive and a 17-year-old will be sent to family court.
