(ROCK HILL)- Whoever shot and killed two teenagers in Rock Hill this past Saturday is still on the run. As you can imagine the families aren’t just heartbroken, they want answers. Tuesday night, a Vigil was held at Fountain Park in their honor. CN2’s Emma Mondo speaking with loved ones of one of those teens about this tragedy.
