ROCK HILL, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) — The Blackmon Road community, just outside of Rock Hill’s city limits, is one that many say has been overlooked for many years.
One Fort Mill man saw the problem first hand and recruited his neighbors and volunteers from around the area to donate items and their time to help clean up the area.
