19 Years After 9/11, Tradition of Waving Flags Over I-77 Continues

YORK COUNTY, S.C. (CN2 NEWS) – The tradition of waving flags over I-77 was started by a York County man on September 11, 2001.  Though he died eight years ago, his tradition continues this year despite the pandemic.
