JULY 30, 2010: ROCK HILL, SC -- A man attacks his girlfriend in the delivery room of a Rock Hill hospital. The attack shocked and angered people throughout the tri-county and beyond.

But for the victim, it was just the latest chapter in a long story of abuse. She spoke for the first time on Thursday's newscast and tonight the young mother tells CN2's Dianne Gallagher why the birth of her child isn't the only new beginning in her life.
