February 17, 2012: Rock Hill, S.C. -- A Rock Hill woman now out of jail after spending some time behind bars, she's charged with animal cruelty. Authorities say Rachel Reaves left her pit bull chained outside with no food or water for five days. Sadly the dog had to be put down because animal control officers say the pit bull was overly aggressive.
