Fort Mill Church Members Helping Out Soldiers
These are items that the Fort Mill Armory needs NOW
Hand towel (about 16" x 25")
Comb (good and sturdy, not a pocket comb)
Bath-size bar of soap (3 oz. and up)
Adult size toothbrush in the package
Large tube of toothpaste
Deodorant
Package of disposable razors
Shaving cream
White socks (one size fits all)
Small bottle of hand sanitizer

Pack items in a heavy-duty gallon size plastic bag and drop off at St. John's United Methodist Church in Fort Mill. For questions, call Anne Wiley (802-3315) pr Bill Davies (547-3280).

Buckets of Hope Coming to Haiti
These are the items that are needed and they should not be substituted nor should there be any additional items added.
(2) - 5 pound bags long grain enriched rice
(1) - 48 ounce plastic bottle cooking oil
(2) - 2-pound bags dry black beans (can substitute with red beans)
(1) - 5-pound bag of all-purpose flour (not self-rising)
(1) - 20 ounce cylinder container of granulated white sugar (coffee service size)
(2) - 1 pound boxes spaghetti noodles
(1) - 40 ounce plastic jar of smooth peanut butter
(1) - 2 gallon plastic ziplock storage bag (used to wrap the bottle of cooking oil)

Video instructions on packing the bucket are available for viewing and download at http://www.namb.net/bucketsofhope Buckets of Hope will be collected at the York Baptist Association, which is located at 434 Museum Road in Rock Hill and the First Baptist Churches of Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Clover or you can call 327-6144 for a collection point close to your home.
